For over 100 years Christ's presence has been felt through the Good News spread from this corner in Biwabik. Scores of children have been nurtured in the Sunday School and confirmation classes. The witness to the life, death and resurrection of Christ Jesus is shown in the lives of the people who call Community UCC their church home.
Worship:
September to May: 10:30 AM
June, July and August: 9:30 am (with coffee an' following the service)
Special Worship Services include:
Ecumenical Thanksgiving, Good Friday and World Day of Prayer, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday
Education:
Sunday School: Sundays 9-10:15 am: preschool through 6th grade
Confirmation: Wednesday, 7pm: 2 year program for grades 7, 8, and 9
Youth group for 7-12 grades
Fellowship and Service:
Women's Fellowship: 2nd Wednesday of the month at 1:30 PM : devotion, business meeting, food, fellowship, planning of monthly pasty making
Quilting: Thursdays at 9 am: all skill levels welcome, quilts are made for charity, and to be sold to buy supplies
The Knot Knitters: Tuesdays at 1:30 PM: knit or crochet various items including prayer shawls: All skill levels including novices welcome
